You won't have to rent a car at Wildood B&B! Famous for our award winning and extremely inexpensive public transportation, Wildwood B&B is the perfect location whether or not you choose to rent a car, we're just minutes from everything. You can even take a bus from and to the airport. Here at the Inn you will never wait more than a few minutes for your bus, in fact the bus will pick you up right in front of the Inn and drop you off in "downtown" Seattle, with the Pike Place market, historical Pioneer Square, our water front on Elliot Bay, museums, theater, night life, the Convention Center and lots of shopping. If you prefer to rent a car, we have private off-street parking. Wildwood is also just steps away from the beach and ferry terminal which will take you (and your car if you wish) to beautiful Vashon Island or to Southworth on the Olympic Peninsula and gateway to our luscious rain forests. We are a short 3 minute walk to Lincoln Park, truly one of the most magnificent parks in Washington. It has 154 acres of old growth forest, trails for circuit training, jogging or walking along the beach, and throughout the park. There are picnicking and barbecue shelters, tennis courts, horse shoe, baseball diamonds and an outdoor Olympic size pool. A small neighborhood shopping area is located just around the corner, with a restaurant, hairdresser, bakery and espresso and gift shop.

This large historical home, reminiscent of an English Cotswold country cottage was designed by an architect for his wife in 1923. His attention to comfort and detail is apparent especially in the many built-ins, nooks and crannies and lovely open staircase. It is filled with forest greens and shades of rose and peach, and our love for flowers is most apparent in the vibrant floral wallpapers, chintzes and brocades. Add to these, laces and antiques and it should bring back memories of a simpler time.

Wildwood B&B offers a range of charming, well appointed accommodations and sumptuous breakfasts in our formal dinning room or in our gardens served on the finest English bone china. Our guests are welcome to enjoy the brick courtyard, covered porches, perennial gardens and quiet sitting areas throughout our gardens.Smoking is never permitted in our home, but you're welcome to smoke outside or on our covered porches.Young adults over 12 are welcome.We are a pet free household.
