This Northfield bed and breakfast, 'Margaret Holland Inn' a 1850s Built circa, This Northfield B&B,Inn was first home to “Miss Kit” who lived there into her eighties. It was sold in 1928 to Mrs. Margaret Holland Connarn, who turned the colonial-style home into one of fine Northfield accomodations inn, naming it in honor of her grandparents who came to this country at the time the railway began service through Northfield. We are grateful to Mrs. Connarn for preserving the charm of this old New England home, while doing extensive renovations such as the spacious wrap-around porch and lovely sun porch.In this picturesque New England village, Northfield, nestled in a peaceful valley in the Green Mountains of Central Vermont this VT bed and breakfast is the perfect place for peaceful and rejuvenating escape.
