Lyman is a small village type town, centrally located between Greenville and Spartanburg. Built in 1902, our home was the first structure built in Lyman. Mr. Groce owned the entire area and produced cotton, cattle and sheep. Lyman is the perfect getaway, yet close to antique shopping, the Blue Ridge Mountains and the arts and business districts of Greenville and Spartanburg.
