In Maggie Valley you have access to many other areas within a short driving distance, such as Dillsboro, Cherokee, Gatlinburg. You can stay in peaceful Maggie Valley and still visit the numerous nearby attractions, as well as all of the attractions right here within the valley.Make your plans to vacation in one of our cozy, comfortable cabins while you visit Ghost Town in the Sky in the Great Smoky Mountains. Ghost Town re-opened in May of 2007. We are giddy with excitement sobring the children and stay a while. Ghost Town in the Sky is returns with incredible mountain high entertainment for all ages. For those of you who don't know about Ghost Town, it is located on the top of the mountain in Maggie Valley. In years past it was a wonderful source of entertainment for the local folks as well as those of you who traveled into our path. Many have been entertained over the years and come back time after time to re-visit Ghost Town. Add this new attraction to the list of fun things to do while you visit the mountains of Western North Carolina.

Stay in one of our cozy, comfortable cabins in Maggie Valley and enjoy all of the local attractions, venture out and visit the Cherokee Indians, hike the Great Smoky Mountains, photograph the waterfalls. Take a scenic drive on the Blue Ridge Parkway and enjoy the many overlooks. There are designated dates for a Rally in the Valley if you are a motorcycle enthusiaist however, motorcycles are welcome anytime. Take a rafting trip down the Nantahalla Gorge, fish the many mountain creeks. Spend a day in one of our mountain gem mines searching for your perfect stone. An evening of entertaining music and dancing is always fun and here in the Smoky Mountains, square dancing is a native treat. We have many restaurants, fine dining, country cuisine, and family favorites. Take a day trip to the Biltmore Estate and enjoy a walk through time, as well as the many beautiful gardens, and yes, the winery is a must, and the food is outstanding. Browse the shops in and around Maggie Valley and find a unique array of items, many of which are only found here in Western North Carolina. Jump over the hill to Harrah's, have some fun and dine in one of there fantastic restaurants. For you folks who love the cold along with some of the white stuff. Maggie Valley is home to Cataloochee Ski Lodge atop the mountain. Bring your ski's or rent everything you need once you arrive. Tubing has also become a fun sport here in the valley. Tony's Tube World located at the bottom of the mountain on the main road through Maggie Valley is fun for all ages. We have spectacular splendor in the fall. An array of color to rival a rainbow, absolute awe. Worth the trip in mid-October, and don't forget your camera. These colors are worth a bundle. Come and visit one of our fine cabins which are themed to add fun to your vacation. We have Cowboys, World War ll, Civil War, and our State bird the Cardinal. We specialize in romantic, cozy, comfortable, clean cabins with full ammentities and always add a few extra's upon your arrival.
