Step back to an earlier age. To a time that saw the conclusion of the American Revolution. Our home was built in approximately 1796 and became an Inn servicing the stage coach run (along what is now Route 96) in 1819. We now have two guest rooms open to the public and we invite you to come and spend the night with us. Located just 1/2 mile east of Phelps, we are half way between Rochester and Syracuse NY.There is no better way to cap off a visit to the Finger Lakes district of New York state than a night or two at our Bed and Breakfast Inn.
