This family home comes with 50 feet of sandy beach, gradual slope into deep water; great swimming and safe for children. The lake area has a dock, deck with railing, picnic table, 10'x10' swim raft, beach toys, and lounge chairs. A four-person paddle boat is available for use by renters. Great lake for boating activities like skiing, tubing, jet-skis, and sailing. Feel free to bring your own watercraft. Lots of good fishing including perch, bass, sunfish, bluegill, walleye, and pike.The master bedroom, with bath, has a deck overlooking lake, adjoining to living area for easy access to lake. Open living/dining area has lots of windows overlooking lake. The back deck off the kitchen has a Weber gas grill, picnic area, and secret sitting garden with perennials to satisfy the quiet in heart. The property includes a firepit with cedar log benches and table, and a play area for volleyball, badminton, and a basketball court. Large two car garage and paved driveway separates you from the road (noise).
Close to the new baseball stadium (Traverse City Beach Bums), Sleeping Bear Sand Dunes, Interlochen Arts Academy, and lots of good shopping in Traverse City.
