Welcome to Lakeside Estates Bed & Breakfast on Otis Reservoir. We are a New England Style Country Inn nestled in the Berkshires, located in East Otis, MA, the area's best kept secret. We are the only Bed & Breakfast on Otis Reservoir settled on eight acres with beautiful vistas of the lake and water access. When entering the Lakeside Estates property the official greeter "Cody Bruno" (aka our yellow lab) will greet you. His job is to say hello and greet all guests. He takes his job to heart. He has a wonderful smile and a friendly wagging tail. Each morning Cody will bring the newspaper from the outside box and give it to the guests.
