Topsham is on the Androscoggin River directly across from Brunswick, ME. Topsham historicly was a residential community supporting the mills along the river but presently is a major retail hub at Exit 31 on I 295. Topsham has one of the largest residential Historical Districts in the State with many well preserved homes along Elm street and the adjectent streets.
