Oceanfront one bedroom condo, sleeps 4 (king bed in BR and queen sofa bed in LR). Walk to shops, restaurants, Kona pier, beaches. Eight miles from the airport (KOA).
This Kailia Kona B&B has a king-size bed in the bedroom and a queen-size sleeper couch in the living room with a memory foam topper. Our corner unit has an extra large lanai looking out over Kailua Bay. We have fully remodeled and equipped #201 for your vacation pleasure. There is cable TV in the living room and a flat screen TV with DVD in the bedroom. The bath/shower combo has granite surround. Granite breakfast bar with four barstools. Patio table and four swivel/rocker chairs on the lanai. Watch surfers, parasailers, cruise ships and pleasure boats from your lanai. This HI bed and breakfast is located next door to Royal Kona Tennis Courts and the Royal Kona Resort. Walk to Huggos, Hard Rock Cafe, Kona Inn, and many other restaurants in downtown Kona.

SNORKELING
Kahaluu Beach is one of the best places to snorkel on the island. It is located only a 10 minute drive south on Alii Drive near Keaheau. This beach area has a protected reef with sea turtles, reef, coral and many fish to view. Kahaluu Beach features calm waters and most of the bay is less than 6 feet deep. Showers and rest rooms are available and there is a place to rent umbrellas and snorkel gear. There is a large pavilion available with food service and also has a place to picnic or to grill.
