Nestled in the historical hills of Northwest Connecticut, a picturesque village that plays host to wonderful dining and attractive shops, boasts a setting that has inspired Innkeepers Diane and Daryl to open the Village Gateway Bed & Breakfast.

The rural circa 1834 colonial home is pleasantly situated along the banks of the Farmington River and minutes from Peoples State Forest. Our Bed & Breakfast host three guest room suites tastefully decorated with Hitchcock’s Fine Home Furnishings. Original works of art and seasonal fresh flowers from the gardens decorate the hand stenciled rooms. One suite has its own fireplace, all with private baths, queen size beds that include a four poster bed, a sleigh bed or a four poster canopy bed. There are private seating areas in the guest rooms for quiet times. Accommodations include a common room in the adjoining library with cable television and internet access.
