This Colorado bed and breakfast is located in the heart of Evergreen Colorado Our location is on the site of the Van Cleave Estate built in 1930 (historical information) This CO lodging offers seven units. All units have private entrances, private baths, cable television, telephone, kitchens, private porch, grill and sitting area (see "cabins & suites" to the left). Our rooms are all Non-smoking. Rates range from $120 to $170. This CO B&B is frequented by famous guests. We are located close to many fun and famous activities.
